RobinAid has been officially acknowledged and certified by the Foundation Supervisory Authority of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (Germany) on 9 February 2009.

This accreditation was granted in accordance with the Certificate of the Foundation Transaction and the Foundation’s Statute based on § 80 of the Civil Code of the Federal Republic of Germany. In accordance with the Hamburg Foundation Law of 14 December 2005 we are supervised by the Judicial Authority of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. With Hamburg North Fiscal Authority we are registered as a charitable and tax-deductible organisation.
