After a 9-day mission in Baghdad we are now back from our last medical mission of the year. It was an exhausting but very successful first Cardiac mission in this new field of ??application for RobinAid. 
On Thursday 8th of December we started our first cardiac mission to Bagdad Ibn Al Bitar Cardiac Center. The RobinAid team will be represented by the anesthesiologist and intensivist Dr. Matthias Angrés and the nurse Ella Sudermann.
VENRO (an association of German non-governmental organizations), the European Afghanistan Network ENNA and another 18 international aid organizations, including RobinAid and La Chaine de l´espoir, present a joint position paper at the 2nd Afghanistan - Conference which will take place on the 5th of december in Bonn - Petersberg.
From 20th to 24th of October the first medical mission to Benghazi was performed by RobinAid and hanseMED, a Hamburg based German health-company. In order to master the challenges and develop special healthcare in Libya on a very high international level, hanseMED and RobinAid formed a joint venture.
In 2008 not far from the FMIC Hospital, the Project "Afghan Children´s House" was initiated. On a beautifully arranged little property, the Afghan children´s house offers shelter for sick children and their families that come from far away, for the duration of their medical treatment. 
Our presentation will give you an insight
